引進模式：科資中心自 94 年 1 月 1 日開始，以簽署 National Academic License 的方式引進 WilsonWeb 之 OmniFile Full Text Select，支付 10 個 Concurrent Users 之使用年費 (由科資中心負擔 8 個 Concurrent Users 之年費；國家圖書館負擔 2 個 Concurrent Users 之年費)，提供全國大專院校及國家圖書館免費連線使用。
